Lovely Raleigh Frame  from 1989 , repainted in a scheme of any earlier issue but retaining the 89 decal scheme .
Reynolds 531 Super Tourist , make the frame lightweight and durable, suitable for everyday, commuting or for something a little longer.
Will make a great project build.
 
Please note: this is an area of uneven paint on the right fork blade , as a result of scorching to the unpolished chrome beneath. Unfortunately that does show if you look in the right light but honestly does not detract from the overall look of the frame . Some minor marking to the visible chrome. Hence Price.
