Giant Cadex 980c dating sometime between 1987 and 1989 and being a combination of Carbon tubing and aluminium joints was probably a breakthrough bike leading the way to a carbon future for Giant and other bicycle manufacturers. Despite that , this Bicycle still retains the look of a classic of it's era akin to the likes of Alan, Vitus and the PX10du of the same era.
