About this Bike Frame:
Daniel Salmon handbuilt, late eighties. Ex team bike (with number hanger).
Daniel Salmon was a French Racing Bike Ride, who featured in the Tour De France in the 1960s. Riding for 4 teams in his professional career. These included de-Gribaldy and Gitane.
After racing , he had his own bike shop and made steel frames under his name. These frames are quite highly regarded by collectors and enthusiasts.
These frame was no doubt one used by cyclist kin teh team of his name and was probably ridden at national or regional level.
The frame came to me requiring paint and forks needed rechroming , which has been done.
