About this Bike Frame:
Lovely condition frame , with carbon forks. Frame is without dents /cracks or other restrictive damage
frame has braze ons for brake cable ( top tube), gear shifters or Ergo/STI cables ( down tube), gear cable guides under bottom bracket.
Frame polishes well but is not without the mottling that can come with aged Alan's 
Forks have some deterioration of the polished aluminium between the end where the carbon weave starts on both sides
Some marks here and there. particularly some marks from cable rub . See non drive side front end Top tube

Seat Tube ; Top to Centre: 61cm  & Centre to Centre:  60cm
Wheels Required:  700c
Spacing for wheels :  Front: 100mm   / Rear : 130mm

Nicely finished frame , 
Clean threads on bottom bracket
Rear Mech hanger is without thread.
Other: requires 25mm seat post
Included : Headset
Age of frame  1980's
The rear derailleur hanger does not have any thread, so I have fitted a threaded collar and bolt, simply remove bolt to fit derailleur.
As forks are not branded, I would say these are not made by Alan.
